Service Agreement

By engaging Dunlop Construction for any construction or renovation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All work is performed according to industry standards and local building codes.

Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations are complimentary. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on current material costs and labor rates.

Project Scheduling

Project start dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling conflicts. We will provide reasonable notice of any schedule changes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required upon contract signing
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Cash, Check, or Bank Transfer
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and materials. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Dunlop Construction's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
